Version 1.5 — October 2nd, 2026. This version applies when made available and accepted where acceptance is required; it does not retrospectively reduce rights under an earlier contract.
1. The programme#
Locktober is a voluntary, adults-only 31-day community challenge operated through Kinkverse and its Telegram integration. The principal completion benefit is a Locktober 2026 completion badge on your Kinkverse account. Displaying it is optional.
Organizer: the publisher of Kinkverse, identified in the legal notice.
Contact for support, complaints, withdrawal and privacy requests: hello@kinkverse.org.
The Kinkverse Terms, Privacy Policy and Stars and Treats Terms also apply. This programme is not a medical service, a certification of real-world sexual behaviour or an instruction to undertake unsafe activity.
2. Entry, dates and eligibility#
Registration opened on September 25th, 2026 at 00:00 Paris time and remains open until October 31st, 2026 inclusive, Paris time. Daily checks ordinarily start on October 1st; a selected cohort may start earlier. The last challenge day is December 1st, 2026 at the latest. All deadlines shown in the game are in Paris time. Your personal start and daily deadlines are shown when you join. Registration alone does not complete a day.
You need an eligible Kinkverse account, active Kinkverse+ access, a supported Telegram account for the Telegram game, and the specific participation/privacy choices needed for the game. You must meet the minimum 18-year age and any higher applicable local requirement. Plus eligibility is not certification of adulthood. We may require additional proportionate assurance or restrict an unsupported territory.
No purchase of Stars is required to enter, complete the ordinary 31-day challenge or earn the completion badge. Plus is a paid service with other benefits, but its price and renewal obligations remain real. We do not describe the programme as having no payment condition when paid membership is required. Complimentary Plus counts when explicitly granted as eligible access. A gift is not age verification.
A calendar-month subscription may end before your personal 31 days finish. The joining screen must show your coverage end date. Cancelling renewal preserves access until its paid-through date. There is no separate automatic game purchase, but if Plus access expires before completion you need eligible access for the remaining period. Ordinary freezes do not extend subscription coverage. The usual payment-recovery grace applies where available; we do not charge a further period without authorization.
Multiple Kinkverse accounts are allowed. They may not review one another as independent peers, multiply a per-player promotion, manipulate rankings or recycle gifts and refunds.
3. What counts as a day#
An ordinary qualifying day requires the day’s check-in within the displayed response window, compliant evidence where requested, and three assigned peer reviews where available. Evidence and review requirements are shown before submission. Approval depends on the published challenge criteria, not the reviewer’s attraction to you, payment or personal relationship.
If too few eligible reviews are available, we provide a reasonable alternative or an administrative resolution; our lack of reviewers must not automatically destroy your progress. A platform delivery or review fault can be corrected after examination of the records. A disputed check-in can be appealed through the in-game contact or our support address.
A completion badge is awarded after 31 qualifying days, including properly applied freeze days. It means that your account completed the platform’s rules, using check-ins, peer assessments and allowed freezes. It does not certify 31 continuously observed days of physical restraint, identity, health, honesty in every circumstance or consent to any future interaction.
4. Freezes and interrupted progression#
No freeze is given at entry: two freezes are granted on the first day of the challenge, with the day-1 lesson. You may hold at most three at once and obtain at most five during this season, counting the first-day freezes, earned freezes and bought freezes. A freeze can also be bought for 600 Stars, only for a day still to come; it counts toward both limits. Any opportunity to earn further freezes states its conditions before participation; extra freezes are not guaranteed simply because the seasonal maximum is five.
An available freeze may protect a missed eligible day under the displayed rule. A protected day counts toward the 31-day total, but does not itself generate a check-in reward, review reward, mission reward or leaderboard score.
A missed day without a usable freeze interrupts the completion run. A restart can then be bought for 900 Stars: one per season, only after an interruption, provided you have at least ten qualifying days and the season has not ended. It reactivates your run from the next scheduled check; it does not reset your counter, make up any missed day or grant any freeze. No restart is automatic, and there is no guarantee that a late restart can be completed. We can correct errors or make a reasonable safety accommodation, but we do not sell a false statement that an uncompleted challenge was completed.
5. Safety and evidence#
Participation remains voluntary throughout. Never continue a practice because of a countdown, a score, invested Stars or pressure from another player. Stop when needed for safety or consent, and seek appropriate help. The programme does not control your body, equipment or a third party’s choices. No badge, reward or submission requires an unsafe act.
The evidence follows the instruction shown. No sex act and no content beyond what the instruction asks for. Any pornographic image is prohibited, including in private check-ins. Use only the evidence requested. Do not include another identifiable person without their informed authorization; do not include minors. A content filter or Plus entitlement does not override this rule. If an instruction cannot be met without prohibited or unsafe content, report it rather than complying.
You authorize the necessary sharing of a submitted check-in with assigned peer reviewers and authorized operators through the specific participation consent. It is not authorization for public posting, promotional reuse or permanent access to your profile. Do not send raw evidence to public social networks to obtain support.
6. Peer reviews, missions and community gifts#
Review honestly and against the stated criteria. Speed may be recognized only alongside accuracy and safe conduct. Do not exchange approvals, punish boundaries, demand payment or use evidence outside the review. Review incentives reward the contribution, not a favourable verdict.
Optional missions have their own stated requirements and rewards. Opening a mission requires at least 50 Stars in your balance. An approved mission converts 12 to 48 Stars of your balance into Treats depending on how promptly you open it and send the proof, in steps of 6 (that is, 2 to 8 Treats), within the limit of your balance; a rejected or expired mission spends no Stars. Declining or not completing an optional mission does not by itself invalidate an ordinary qualifying day. Sensitive-profile personalization is optional and subject to its specific consent. Missions, circles, keyholder features or future modes are not promised merely because they have been discussed.
We may allocate promotional Stars or gift-only budgets to acknowledge constructive participation, subject to an available budget and an identified grant. There is no recurring wage or automatic entitlement to a grant, and no obligation to perform a quota for us. Once a stated reward has been earned, we honour it subject to genuine error, fraud and the applicable rules.
7. Optional Stars and conversion into Treats#
Stars are optional internal game credits governed by the Stars and Treats Terms. They are not Telegram Stars, money held on deposit or a payment for the completion badge.
Six Stars produce one Treat (6 Stars = 1 Treat), in Locktober 2026 and in later seasons unless a version announced before you join a season says otherwise. Only whole Treats are produced; leftover Stars stay in your balance. Stars turn into Treats when a mission is approved, and as your days are approved in any run: each approved date mints a share of your wallet that grows over 31 approved dates. A date approved in two runs counts once. When you complete a run with no other run in progress, you choose: mint the Stars left, or keep them for the next season, with a bonus of 150 Stars when that season's run starts. Without an answer, they are minted on November 30th, 2026, or 48 hours after you complete if that is later. The speed of your check-ins and reviews can move progress minting moderately away from the base rate. Each minting appears in your Treats history with the Stars it used.
Stars already converted are not counted twice; refunded or reversed Stars and Stars gifted away are excluded from your allocation. Stars that have not been converted are not silently consumed. Gifts received belong to the recipient's wallet, not simultaneously to the sender's.
This is a reward conversion, not repayment of your purchase price. Treats have no fixed euro value. They can be used as eligible product discounts in the Club’s Boutique under the terms offered there when an order is placed. Existing credited Treats are available for eligible redemption without waiting for the season to end, subject to verification of a genuinely disputed transaction.
Stopping early does not earn the completion badge. It does not automatically confiscate Treats already validly earned or unused purchased Stars. The economy terms explain continuing balances, refunds and programme closure. No reward exists unless the applicable feature and its terms are actually offered; once you make an eligible allocation under this published conversion promise, we cannot later call that promise merely discretionary.
8. Leaderboard and visibility#
The leaderboard is opt-in. Participation in the challenge is not permission to list you publicly: you appear only if you have chosen to make your profile visible, in the bot or in the Kinkverse app. The opt-in explains the pseudonym, score and other fields displayed. You may leave the public leaderboard without losing otherwise earned completion progress. A completion badge is also hidden unless you choose to display it.
Score and spendable balance are separate. An approved day scores 50 points, plus up to 25 for speed and up to 24 for judging:
- Speed is the time from your check's delivery to your photo: 15 minutes or less, 25 points; 30 minutes, 18; 60 minutes, 12; 90 minutes, 6. Later, or with an extended deadline, it scores 0.
- Judging: each review you owe scores 4 if you decide it on time, plus 4 if your vote matches the check's final decision. If you approve a check that is finally rejected, that review scores −8 instead of the match points. A review withdrawn before you can vote scores 8. A day's judging stays between 0 and 24, and counts once all its reviews are settled; a moderator's decision is final.
- Missions: one approved mission a day adds the Stars it converted, 12 to 48.
Stars earn points only when converted by a mission: buying Stars can therefore influence the score indirectly, as can the subscription required to take part. Days covered by a freeze, rejected days, gifts and completion conversions earn no points. We do not imply that a ranking is purely skill-based if purchases affect it. On equal scores, the member who reached the score first ranks higher. Review errors and collusion are resolved using disclosed rules and reviewable records, not an undisclosed change after the outcome.
9. Products, partners and separate promotions#
Apart from the prizes described below, there is no guaranteed physical prize, partner, weekly drop, catalogue item, collection-opening day or discount on a named product under these rules. Boutique access and stock can vary. A Treat balance is not a reservation of merchandise and cannot pay delivery charges.
Prize weeks#
- Windows. Each prize week runs from Sunday 00:00 to the following Sunday 00:00, Paris time. The first counts October 4th to October 11th, 2026, then October 11th to October 18th, October 18th to October 25th and October 25th to November 1st: four weeks, up to the close of registration. Points from October 1st to 3rd count toward the season score, not toward the first prize week.
- Eligibility. Your run must be in progress (neither completed nor withdrawn), your profile must be visible on the leaderboard, your score in the window must be above zero, and you must not already have won a prize week this season: a member can win only once.
- Score counted. The score of section 8, limited to the window: the days first approved and the missions approved during that week.
- Selection. The winner is designated after the week has ended, based on the highest eligible score and then the tie-break below. The prize itself is allocated by hand, outside the game.
- Ties. On equal scores, the member who reached that score first during the week wins.
- Announcement. The winner receives a message in the bot. A message is also sent to users who have started the bot, naming the winner if their profile is visible, otherwise referring to a member who keeps their profile private.
- Prize. A US$50 KINK3D gift card. The code is sent to the winner in the bot within 7 days of the announcement. No cash alternative is promised.
Season #1#
- Who wins. The eligible member ranked highest on the leaderboard on November 15th, 2026 at 23:59, Paris time.
- Eligibility. Your profile is visible on the leaderboard; you completed all 31 qualifying days (days covered by a correctly applied freeze count); and your run was not withdrawn or removed. Winning a prize week does not stop you from winning the season prize.
- Ties. The leaderboard’s own order.
- Announcement. On November 16th, 2026, in the bot.
- Prize. 1,500 Treats credited to the winner’s wallet, valid for 12 months from crediting, usable under the Stars and Treats terms. No cash alternative.
Repost contest#
- Who can enter. Locktober 2026 players aged 18 or over. A post is matched to a player through the Story card it shows.
- How to enter. A public post on your own X or Bluesky account, published between October 1st and October 31st, 2026 (Paris time), that shows your Locktober Story card and mentions @kinkverseapp (X) or @kinkverse.org (Bluesky). Showing your cage check is optional. We repost the entries we see; our repost is not a condition of entry.
- What counts. Your single most reposted post, using the repost count each network shows on November 1st, 2026 at 12:00, Paris time. If the same card is posted on both networks from accounts that are clearly yours (same username or display name, or one account linked in the other’s bio), the reposts of the two posts are added together. Quote posts and Kinkverse’s own reposts do not count. Entries whose reposts are bought, automated or otherwise manipulated are excluded.
- Ties. The earlier post wins; when two posts are added together, the earlier of the two counts.
- Prizes. 1st: 1,500 Treats credited to your wallet, valid for 12 months. 2nd: a US$50 KINK3D gift card, its code sent in the bot within 7 days of the announcement. 3rd to 5th: 1,000 Stars each, credited to your wallet and usable under the Stars and Treats terms. No cash alternative.
- Announcement. On November 1st, 2026, in the bot.
- Prizes stack. Winning this contest does not prevent winning a prize week or Season #1, and the reverse.
- Your post and data. By entering, you let Kinkverse repost your post from its accounts; you can delete your post at any time. To run the contest we record the public post, its repost count and the account that published it, and keep them until the prizes are delivered. Kinkverse never posts your cage check for you.
- Platforms. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by X or Bluesky.
Any other promotion will have separate rules before entry, identifying eligibility, dates, territories, selection, tie-breaking, prize and fulfillment. A discussion, teaser or possible partnership does not establish that a promotion has opened. Once a promotion is actually offered, its specific commitments cannot be cancelled merely by relying on this paragraph.
10. Errors, removal and ending the programme#
We may correct duplicate rewards, incorrect reviews, proven manipulation or technical errors with an explanation and an appeal route. Our logs can inform a decision but are not conclusive against evidence of an error. We may suspend a participant for a documented safety risk, serious rule breach, fraud, loss of eligibility or a legal requirement. We do not penalize someone for a good-faith safety report or exercising a consumer/privacy right.
Except where urgent action is necessary, material rule changes are explained in advance. Changes do not retrospectively increase the completion conditions, reduce earned rewards or the promised conversion of already allocated Stars. Where continuing a feature is impossible for a legal or serious operational reason, we apply an appropriate correction, substitute with your agreement, or lawful refund/termination remedy rather than simply keeping all prepaid value.
If we cancel the season, your unconverted Stars stay in your wallet for later seasons, and purchased balances are also addressed under the economy terms. We preserve lawfully earned Treats and badge records already earned. Plus remains a separate service, but cancellation of a materially advertised included programme does not erase any conformity or other consumer remedy relating to Plus.
11. Privacy, complaints and applicable law#
The Privacy Policy covers Telegram, evidence, reviews, rankings, retention and deletion. Deleting proof may prevent future assessment of that proof; it is not a justification to retain every image forever or automatically confiscate an independently established reward. We minimize any record needed for a genuine dispute.
Appeals and complaints use our contact above. Commercial mediation is set out in the Paid Terms. French law governs these terms. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection applicable in their country of habitual residence. You may bring proceedings before any court available under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules, including your home courts where those rules allow. These terms do not impose exclusive Paris jurisdiction, mandatory arbitration or a waiver of collective or regulatory remedies. If a clause cannot lawfully apply, it is disapplied to the necessary extent; the other clauses remain effective where the contract can continue. A translation cannot reduce mandatory rights or override a more favourable individual commitment. French statutory notices retain their legal meaning; ambiguity in consumer terms is interpreted as required by consumer law.
Changes in version 1.5#
Season #1 eligibility requires all 31 qualifying days, including properly applied freeze days; the highest-ranked eligible member wins (section 9).
Changes in version 1.4#
Stars belong to your wallet, not to a season: conversion in later seasons, the choice when you complete a run, how days mint Stars into Treats, gifts and cancellation (sections 7 and 10).
Changes in version 1.3#
Weekly prize is a US$50 KINK3D gift card; season #1 prize and repost contest added (section 9).
Changes in version 1.2#
Score calculation: speed, judging and one mission a day, and ties decided by who reached the score first (sections 8 and 9).
Changes in version 1.1#
Dates in Paris time (section 2); first-day freezes, limits, buying a freeze and restart (section 4); evidence rule (section 5); missions (section 6); conversion of six Stars to one Treat (section 7); score calculation (section 8); prize weeks (section 9). Winner designation wording simplified.
